I used to have a lot of nightmares in the past.
I concluded that the dark spirits wanted to talk to me in these dreams. However, now I sleep in harmony and I love sleeping again.
Does anybody have experiences with srong nightmares when one wake up in fear of what is reality?

OH,yes.
With my narkolepsy, i see things/people,get kicks in the side of the belly,and face, hear people talk,,,but this is when im in the twilight sone....my head is avake but not my body...Its really scary...when i was 16 i didnt know what this was,but now i know what this is.im now 32.Its between awake and sleep periods.
And my english is not good either.passopp, has good links.
