Don't Compare!
Often we compare ourself: "Oh, look at that person! They are going into a trance, or they have lost themselves. Oh, they get the idea of the future. I am not getting it, it's not happening to me!" This type of analysis does not lead you into samadhi---actually it takes your vehicle backward. You go in reverse gear.
Not By Doing
If you ask, "Will doing these practices bring me enlightenment?" I would simply say, no. Enlightenment cannot come to you by doing anything. Impossible. Forget about it. And, if someone says it comes by doing something, just pity them. They do not know.
Argumentative Energy
When you argue, you're creating a different type of energy around you, a defensive energy. Have you noticed that?
Purpose of words
Purpose of words is to create silence
Mystery and Miracles
Do not depend on arguments. Mystery is beyond argument, and miracle is beyond argument. And love is a miracle in life. Enlightenment is a miracle in life. Joy is a miracle in life.
Fanning the Flames
Everyone is in love, but they start arguing. And in the argument, the candle flame becomes a house fire. Do you see what I'm saying?
Limitations of Logic
Logic is not loyal to any one party, any one side. It's like a hired taxi. Anybody can hire the taxi any time.
Words are to Bless
Don't think speech is a small power; it is a very big power. The more and more we are soaking in the Being---any harsh words from us will become a curse! Our words are there to bless people, bring peace in the world.
Stuck to your Enemies
If you are against someone, you have no freedom from them. If you find fault in someone, and your mind is set against them, know that you are stuck with them, glued with them! Super glue!
Open your hands!
All that you are craving for, all that you are hanging on to, it comes to you anyway, automatic. But you have to let go. You are holding your fist tight. Why not open your hands? And you'll see the whole sky is in your hands
