In order to experience this, we must be aware of how limited our senses are—eyes, ears touch, smell, taste. These senses help us to function in the Seen World. What we see is interpreted by our minds and put inside our belief system, and this can become our reality. But there also exists an Unseen World. In this world we experience connectedness; we experience the mystery; and we experience another whole point of view. If we pay attention to both the Unseen World and the Seen World, our belief systems will print in our mind a new and wonderful reality. We will see and know we are a part of everything.

Great Spirit, today, give me the knowledge to know this mystery

How to be aware the Unseen World, to be connected?
And to travel between the Worlds...
     without eyes, ears touch, smell, taste?

Maybe opposite the way we travel in the Seen World?
     we have too leave the baggage, we have to travel
     naked
     to leave everything safe behind?

I wonder,
it is an contradict feeling in this,
to leave without baggage should be easy,
but is it??

PS! Under fjorårets reise til Peru fikk jeg anledning til å besøke andre verdener og å se denne verden i et annet lys. Disse reisene styrket meg i troen på nettop at vår verden/eksistens ikke er den eneste.
Jeg savner imidlertid mer forståelse. Derfor min gjentakelse av bønnen.

The Mystery
as it unfolds in the Unseen World and the Seen world

I feel - therefore I know I am

I trust this feeling, without questions of the mind
When I close my eyes , and let go of the Seen world
I can feel the connectedness ,
the truth and the mysteries of the Unseen world
This world is connected to my heart
When I feel my heart, without questions
I can explore the Mystery , and connect with it

To be a part of this everything
I need to have trust
in my heart
And learn to let go
of the Seen world
Let go of the illusion of control
And just be

In some mysterious way,the spirits enter me,everyday,with the unseen world served on a hot silver tray

As i eat i begin to fleet,and there is where i meet the great spirit,laughing whole-heartedly at my drum beat and connecting feet.

Sannelig er det vanskelig å slippe den ordinære betraktningsvinkelen.

Er det denne verdenen jeg kjenner på i stilheten? Når jeg ikke lytter, ser, smaker, kjenner etc i vanlig forstand.

Er det denne verdenen jeg reiser mot i den lange monotone joiken?

i like that - this is a great idea -it also can help to ease a lot which we see as problems or illness in the seen world - we are just stardust - not the center of the univers. quite often it makes sense to leave points of views to find new values, to leave all luggage of knowledge behind to find items of wisdom and to forget, who we are to learn who we shall be.
